Launched in 2024, the Zurich Jam Session provides a family friendly space in the lively Langstrasse for musicians and music lovers to come together in a spirit of respect and openness, and to connect through the universal language of musical improvisation.
Hosted by José Pino, co-founder and director of La casa de nadie, each session kicks off with a concert featuring exceptional artists from diverse backgrounds, setting the stage for a Sunday evening of musical exploration and discovery.
After the concert, the event transitions into a lively jam session, where the performers from the opening act fill in, collaborating with other musicians to create spontaneous, unique musical moments. Audience participation is welcome, so feel free to bring your instruments and join the fun!

Admission: Free, a solidarity contribution of minimum CHF 20.- is recommended (students/AHV CHF 10.-). All revenues are directed to the artists of the opening act. We accept cash and Twint.
Accessibility: We’re happy to assist you with the steps at the entrance. Please let us know if you need any support.
Respect: L200 isn’t a bar or a club—it’s a shared space in a lively neighbourhood. We wrap things up by nine to keep things peaceful for our neighbours upstairs. Thanks for helping us keep the vibe friendly!
